  • Bank transfer SEPA (preferred) or SWIFT. Instant transfer option available. We accept payments in EURO and USD (bank commissions applied).
  • CASH: The company Levante Dual SL is based in Andorra and therefore follows the laws of the Principality of Andorra.
    We give our customers the option of paying for our products in cash up to the desired amount.
    If this option is chosen, a declaration form on the provenance of the funds (as required by the Andorran government) must be completed and signed and will be kept in our databases within the client profile.

  • All our watches can be picked up in person at our showroom in Andorra, at the address xxxxx La Vella.
    In the case of collection in person, we will take care of the customer and offer a service that can meet all their needs.
    We also have offices in Milano, Italy and Barcelona, Spain where we can deliver the watch and arrange an appointment for a pick up. In case is preferred the option in one of our offices, a small deposit of the 10% is requested.
  • Shipping by armoured courier Ferrari Group or DHL upon advance payment directly to your address worldwide.
    In both cases the parcel will be insured for the full amount paid.

Almost all of our watches are in new condition and are therefore sold with the manufacturer's warranty, which can vary from 3 to 6 years depending on the brand. The warranty starts from the date on the document accompanying the watch.
In the event that this warranty has expired, we offer a 2-year guarantee on proper functioning from the date of the invoice.

All watches sold on Elite Levante are in the European Union so if the purchase is made in the participating countries there are no duties or taxes. If the watch needs to be shipped outside the European Union, any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
